And that's so understating it that I feel bad. It's how to be awesome. With puzzles and conspiracies and fun. And it's refresh...

The reason why we are supposed to wear cloth masks isn't really to prevent us from catching it from someone else. It's working on the fundamental assumption that we are asymptomatic carriers and this will prevent it from spreading from us to others. Edit: And then I finished reading hyzmarca's post....

Replace those bad conditioned behaviors with better behaviors (instead of just trying to stop a behavior you don't like)?

Is it legal for a state to block people from another state? Ie: Can Washington say that people from South Dakota can't come here?

Around here, I would consider that a very important job, frustrating though it may be. Because - at least, here - the answer is no. But if you give people a definitive no, then they will disobey the restrictions because there's no penalty. But you can't say yes authoritatively because it's not true....

As an added bonus: Trump wants to sign the stimulus checks! (But he can't because the President isn't a signer on the US Treasury, so he's putting his signature in the memo line instead.)

The problem with the waiting, waiting, waiting on the call for schools is that there's no action being taken. When a school implements distance learning, they need to obtain and test equipment, put together material packets, modify curriculum, etc, etc. And then actually teach kids. They're not goin...

Thanks for that link. My brother and his wife really like rap. They also are having a baby in June-ish. Instead of prepping for the baby by reading parenting books, I think they should be working on their kid-book reading skills. It will serve them better.

I actually said as much on FB the other day. And I have an appointment with my therapist next Friday.

As for the media not covering Trump... Good. Nothing will piss him off more.

I FUCKING HATE THE TOILET PAPER THING! I have 14 untouched mega rolls of Charmin. I have three partially used rolls. I DON'T NEED TOILET PAPER. But this thought is absolutely plaguing my brain. I can't stop worrying about running out. I keep looking for it at stores and freaking out when they [still...

That's hilarious, Prak, but it's even worse in the Mormon church (and yes. I'm fucking calling them Mormons even though their dipshit prophet said not to). Their prophet was also a pedophile married to a 12-year-old, so... The Mormon prophet is the supreme executive of the church. Maj is presumably...

That's hilarious, Prak, but it's even worse in the Mormon church (and yes. I'm fucking calling them Mormons even though their dipshit prophet said not to). I started getting emails from the local ward (congregation) this past week, and apparently, church members are also upset about the same thing. ...
