In all honesty, it's likely a lighthearted trolling attempt but I figured I'd take the bait just for shits and giggles.

Because of a little thing called cause and effect. The high winds are what cause the utilities to go out. The real fun is the post disaster logistics of people who have damages to their homes and vehicles are trying to find hotels and rental cars in the area, meanwhile local, state and FEMA are thro...

Those "Cash in pocket" "Ethical!" lines are his voice?

Edit: Nope, but I've NEVER heard him talk in any of the 3 SR games he was in.

I bought RWBY last year during the Steam Crimbo sale. Its an amusing game to play with a few friends but other than that it gets stale fast (especially if you play solo). Plot makes no sense (it supposedly takes place between Vols 1 and 2). Also it's def geared towards fans of the series. If you do ...

So, I'm working on a Saints Row one shot for Halloween using All Flesh Must Be Eaten, and I'm making premade characters for my players. I'm considering having Professor Genki as an available character, but skills for him gave me pause. Would it be acceptable, instead of coming up with 35 points of ...

And that's a train wreck of it's own waiting to happen.

Although the "Dungeon Crawling as a sport" was a setting a DM of mine pitched once but never got played by the group. Could be potential in there.

Looked up Spiderman Noir. Ok, so hes The Shadow with the ability to run on walls.

Apparently the anime parody is Peni Parker from what I found. From the dimension that looks like Evagelion

Spiderverse? Does that mean Peter Parker isn't coming back after Infinity War? Into the Spiderverse is not MCU, its an animated movie mostly about the ultimate universe and some mutli dimensional fuckery that pulls multiple spider people into the univese (Peter Parker, Gwen Stacey, Spider Ham, and ...

Saw Venom the other day, was not impressed. Pacing was slow and very little screen time for the Title character himself. Kaelik may give a shit that the post credit scene was a sneak preview of Into the Spiderverse.
Also for some reason the symboites have to eat people or their hosts.

Grim Dawn is fairly complex. Especially with the devotion constellation system. Theres a lot of spending and unspending with that if you're looking to max out a build. You can get through normal at least with any build as my early access gunslinger sorcerer made it through with a build that was outd...

Grim Dawn looks neato, does every class have unique resource mechanics or is it all MP or what Its all MP as you mentioned previously you start the game as a mook with a club. You pick 2 masteries (one at level 2 and the other at level 10) and those form your classes. https://grimcalc.com/ shows yo...

TQ was great (aside from the molasses like starting pace). It was like Age of Mythology and Diablo fucked and had an awesome baby. TQ and Grim Dawn take an unique approach to classes. Both games you start as a level 1 mook with nothing other than "stab in face with piddly weapon" Once you ...

The Season 15 conquests for d3 are bogus. That is all. If you're into this kind of game I'd recommend Grim Dawn. It goes on sale for ~$7 pretty frequently and the Xpac goes for ~$15 (adds 2 new classes and a new act) and rumors of another expanion coming out. Game play likes Titan Quest (lot of the...

4E has a slew of other problems, yes (skills for example) but during the hype phase I was excited about that notion (I thought fighters were being moved up closer to wizard's levels rather than the wizard being pulled down). There was enough of a grognardian backlash that WotC put out Essentials, wh...

5e didn't fix anything wrong with 3.5, because to do that you'd have to actually change the game in ways that weren't just cutting down on rules. The whole idea that all martial character are reliant on autoattacks needs to go, as well as having a class as non-specific as a "Fighter" or &...

I don't remember Daggerfall or Morrowind having it either (or it was a drawback you could choose in Daggerfall). Arena and Daggerfall did have equipment wear down and you would have to take it to a armorer to repair it (and wait around a number of days too). Magic items like Torcs (Necklaces) and R...

As written, you have an 80% chance of dropping the item on the plane of your choosing , and a 20% chance of dropping the item on whichever other plane by accident. That says what I was trying to say, just written clearer. That basically you have a 20% chance to fuck up and drop your material item o...

Or maybe (aka how I'd rule it at my table): You cast blink. You and everything on your person does what blink says for rounds per level. Items drops, thrown, etc leave your person on the same plane you are on (so 20% chance to drop it in the ethereal plane). After blink wears off these items flop ba...

Actually makes more sense since Dragon Warrior/Quest has iconic monsters rather than Iconic heroes outside of maybe Erdrick.

Plus if you lost people to the Jagds or prisons it made the process of starting to train up replacements a bit less xcom-y.
