A Good Kung Fu / High Magic Chi game system
We had this idea for a game we want to play, but we don't really have a game system in mind. Anyone have any ideas for a game system that would allow us to emulate fantasy china with miriad kung fu styles, and chi magic.

In missions, or in convention play, or in dungeon crawls/adventure paths then the Nomad, Rocker, Media, Fixer characters are hard to work. The Company Man is also, not really all that good. In a sandbox game where the GM crafts plots that orbit around the characters, and allows a lot of non-mission ...

Honestly, no nanotech doesn't bother me that much. Sure I'd love to see some nanotech rules. But until the devs show they can master basic areas like matrix rules, I don't expect to see working nanotech rules...in fact, I'm happier not to see them. Oh so Horrors showed up. Gotcha. Wait, Harlequin c...

WhiteWolf exists.. because the guys who wrote Eve Online bought it so Whitewolf would stop shitting on it's own IP and destroying the market place for the Vampire The Masquerade MMO they are writing. (That's right.. owod mmo) They're kinda sorta maintaining access to OWOD stuff and doing the 20th an...

Actually, if someone is attacking you, they have lost the right to claim their life is more valuable. Grek is just a reprehensible asshole. If you are being attacked and threatened with death I go with Captain Mal on this one. Mal: Well, I ain't them. And don't you ever stand for that sort of thing....

You do understand that if I die and he does not, or if he dies and I do not. The same number of deaths have occured? You do understand that basic math. So, if someone is going to die anyways, I would much rather it not be me. Now, there are plenty of areas where noone need have died. Like if Zimmerm...

I'd much rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6. People need to de-escalate. But removing self defense entirely from the books is stupid. The thing i don't understand is that every single country that has severe restrictions on gun ownership has a much much lower incidence of gun violence. The cri...

Basically, Limited Editions are almost always printed early and contain whatever typographical errors the original printing had by default. That goes without saying (did you understand that, Stahlseele? :bash: ). But apparently someone in Catalyst land said that a bunch of errors being in the limit...

I always run Horizon as being this super creepy Megacorp that's actually being run by a group of fully Autonomaous AI. It's not uncommon for Horizon board meetings to be held in VR, and when someone from the board actually has to show up in person, it's almost always a body double being ridden like ...
