He actually hacked your email account? Change the password to something...I don't know, that isn't your name or some shit like that. If he's dictionary cracking your password that's incredibly bad security (but still illegal). It should take at least 2 days if you're using even remotely good passwor...

You're comparing the pathfinder rogue to the 3.5 rogue . The entire conversation has been about how PF nerfed rogues. As a few examples: AMIB and Maxius were both talking about the PF rogue. But wait, guess what, while they nerfed rogues they released a goddamn replacement class (granted they did th...

Except nobody in Pathfinder who wants to be a rogue plays a rogue, because there is a class that is the same exact thing except better. You're better off comparing the 3e rogue to the Pathfinder ninja, because everyone and their mom knows the Pathfinder rogue is a bad joke. You know, except the poor...

Everyone stop talking about Rogues, the only thing that matters in PF is the fucking Ninja. It does literally everything the Rogue does (except trap sense, which is worthless and gets replaced by an equally worthless ability), it just does it all better and then adds some surprisingly awesome flavor...

Yeah, the immune monsters are fucking obnoxious. The main benefit of being the ninja is you get out of combat utility that doesn't suck (bitches can get a climb speed, walk over anything they can cross in 2 moves [even lava and shit] without making checks, etc.) and you get to generate your own snea...

What are people saying about buffing the rogue? The ninja is literally the rogue, just better (by fucking leaps and bounds, might I add). They get swift action invisibility, the ability to add an extra attack on a full attack (yeah, you can be rocking 3 attacks with sneak attack at second level with...

I know that whenever I level up there's always a few choices to be made that are worth considering (spells, because I can't stand mundanes) and feats happen every other levels for all characters, so usually that too. Then you have to adjust BAB, skills, saves, stats, class features (even though they...

I think Virgil makes a good point about Pathfinder being really fucking complex for no good reason. Prime example: the goddamn Magus. Now, the Magus is a wizard-lite who prepares spells. Ok, that's as complicated as being a wizard. He also has an arcane pool, which he can use to enchant his sword or...

Now, now, what we have here is a failure to communicate. Shadow clearly thinks that when people level up in session they just...level up in session and have pre-plotted builds. That's ok, and something a lot of people do. I mean, he does seem to think you won't alter your course once you've started ...

Anybody know where the term rules-lawyer started up/why it's such a bad thing? I really am curious why so many people get upset when you point out a rule that's relevant to the situation. Aren't the rules the reason we bought the damn game in the first place? Because I'd like to not get arbitrarily ...

I know, and his argument sort of hinges on there being a lot of stacking, long-term buffs. Too bad there aren't, which makes it shit. I feel silly Doesn't Slade remember the first rule of Pathfinder? Everything you may have known about 3.5 is subtly altered so you have to learn an entirely new, but ...
