DDC is a good "turnaround" of events: finally the "Holy War" has ended and new phenomena start happening! And Sekibanki looks like a good doujin material, with a good amount of hidden power and funny stories about Yukkuri heads; and a new favorite, for me, at least.

For d20, it is, because no Touhou character can be measured by its Stage on those games; a very good number of them would be level 16+.

FAST RPG. It remembers Risus (whence is VERY BAD presented) with a good damage calculation, but it's open as hell to create new perks.

Throw the new players onto a barrel and push them to a waterfall; they don't need a "easy mode", they'll be just fine with a vet with them.
