Sounds good to me. Ask about Sorcerak. If that doesn't provoke a fight, ask why he's here if possible then if the only options that remain are a fair fight, garrote or leaving him alone choose garrotte.

At 1 Endurance we definitely can't take him in honorable combat. I'd just leave him be.
