SJWs want to feel important, but they want to do so without any effort or risk being involved. So, they berate people on the internet for saying anything that could possibly be interpreted as non-PC, then pat themselves on the back over how much of a difference they're making.

What began as a thread about fixing WoD became a thread about making an RPG based on cereal mascots. I love this site.

Since all liches are CR 21 now, and campaigns never actually get into the upper levels, I guess no one will ever encounter a lich in this edition. Templates were a really good addition to the game, but with 5e being Lazy DM Edition I'm not surprised they're gone.

I think transexuals are cool, but "tranny" is an inherently funny word. Don't try so hard to find things to be offended by.

"Bundle Of Sticks"-ery Realms and "Negro" King respectively. It's a transphobic slur and that's just as fucking bad as a racial or homophobic one. There's no such thing as a bad word, it all depends on the context. I don't think anyone here is using "tranny" in a hatef...

Note I didn't say our favorite NSFW piece of White Wolf art of all time; Exalted holds THAT particular gem.
I'll probably regret this, but out of morbid curiosity: what is your favorite NSFW piece of White Wolf art of all time?

I'm baffled by the seeming lack of any upcoming products that aren't related to that Tranny of Dragons thing no one cares about. You'd think they'd at least have some setting books in the pipeline, in case someone wants to use the default setting without tracking down a 13 year old book.

So, quick poll everyone. If you were going to reboot the WoD line but you could only pick five broad spheres/splats/thematic concepts which ones would you choose and why? Vampires. Vampires are cool, or they can be when done right. If there's one thing WoD can't do without, it's vampires. Werewolve...

The DMG has been announced as delayed for approximately a month. Whereas the developers talked ad nauseum about getting rid of Book-A-Month splatbloat and crunch overload, they are not giving any substantive projects for 2015 any definitive dates. The next book to come out is part two of their Tyra...

I don't think the story has to be a globe-trotting adventure, but that should definitely be an option. And if you're going to have a monster of the week, it would probably be more interesting if it's something the players haven't seen before.

I don't see the problem with a setting taking up a lot of conceptual space. Dungeons & Dragons has a huge number of worlds and monsters, but that's a good thing. The DM never has to run out of places for the characters to go and creatures for them to encounter. The players don't have to know abo...

Evil wizards are cool, so I'd like it if the Nephandi were in the game; I just wish they had a more plausible motive than destroying everything for no reason. I realize that the Tradition mages are kind of evil if you think about it, but I don't think that was the intent.

So, both devils and giants have hierarchies that would need to be retconned out if they ever added more. It's like they're expecting 5e to be DOA.

I like the idea of big things having spirits - then you don't have them everywhere, but things like mountains and major bodies of water should definitely have them. Rocks and grains of sand wouldn't have spirits, because they're just pieces of mountains that have become separated from them, like dea...

My problem with that one is that it only includes creatures from the Monster Manual. Now that everyone has access to all of the monsters, it'd be nice to have something other than the same old zombies and goblins turn up.

You don't become a vampire just from being bit by one, the vampire needs to drain your blood and then give you some of theirs. Camarilla vampires also need to get approval before creating more vampires. So, vampires are going to be careful when choosing who to Embrace, and they'll choose someone who...

That sounds like the best use someone could make of 'em. It's hard to imagine a group of people sitting down, making mummy characters, and I guess playing a Saturday morning cartoon against the Setites.

Has anyone ever actually played any of these Mummy games? I used to be a big White Wolf fan, and I've never heard of anyone playing mummies or even using them as NPCs.
