Ia makes his own educated guess for likely meeting times.
Intelligence 4 [Analyzing]+Occult 5 [Rituals]

He also says "I'll doublecheck with Max. He's obsessed with these astronomical cycles."

As for Headquarters, the value disparity as compared to other equipment is found in Features. For the same cost as the above sedan a character could easily have an interdimensional bolthole, and an Apache could instead get Avengers Arena's Murderworld. It's so unequivocally the best bang for one's ...

In M&M3E an average car would cost 10 Equipment points, which is 2 Character Points. Considering the disparity of equipment costs between standard items and, say, headquarters, I've found it best to either throw a few freebie points at a group for things like comlinks and sedans, or work boring...

Guys. Guys. Why do you keep attacking CaptPike? I think he's really on to something. I mean, he said that we don't know and will never know whether 4e was a success, but isn't he right ? I mean, how do we really know anything? Every sense we have is fallible, and there's no outside observer we can ...

Does anything more really need to be said? CaptPike went from funny to really funny and has plowed straight into tedious. The joke has gotten old. Time to use this awesome ignore function.

Essentials went against the grain of 4e, it failed because if you loved 4e for what it was you did not like Essentials. How do you know Essentials failed? admittedly true, I do not know but it make sense. it did almost certainly LOOK like it failed to those in charge, that is about all we can know....

Thusly I'm also really interested to see some more developed hooks of what could do for this. Otherwise, we have "extract an important personnel", or get some mcguffin-of-the-week. All likely with the conceit that the players got stranded, and need to find a way to escape (whether repairi...

For me the "game" is the mechanics but of course there are plenty of settings I enjoy, at least conceptually, but I never use their mechanics. Like Bodshivita I enjoy Eclipse Phase. I read the books, however I quickly started skipping straight over anything mechanical. Chargen was so awful...
