Ia scrutinizes the crime scene making sure to stay out of everyone else's way. He spends a good deal of time focusing on the display of the body looking for any sort of occult significance. A ritual perhaps? At the very least Ia figures we can ascertain if there's any real magic being attempted here...

I remember early in the game running back to town with my little torch in the dead of night before running smack dab into the face of a Chimera. Good times.OgreBattle wrote:Dragon's Dogma Online

Apparently the transition to playstation really kicked FF up a notch. They wanted to show off their FMVs. A desire that started FF downhill ever since. In my experience when people say they want something like X they have something very specific in mind. Few people understand or are even aware of g...

The Dragon Die is great fun! For a quick one shot.Lago PARANOIA wrote:http://tgdmb.com/viewtopic.php?t=51227
A review I did about a year ago. I still think that Dragon Child is smoking crack cocaine about that Dragon Die (it's a really bad idea from a playing standpoint) but our reviews synch up kinda nice.

There are traits worth MORE than actual feats actually. Because fuck balance and sometimes people don't understand what the fuck they are writing. If your DM is using traits there are some badass ones. If not there is a feat that gets you two traits which could be worth it. But yeah as others said, ...

There's only two phrases I found myself caring about. Ila Knocked and Aesfluberdegibit uh the fire weapons one. Ila Knocked is amazing. All your ranged users look like theyre on crystal meth reloading in like a second. So I'd say you really only want two chanters max though I did want to try out a c...

Imoen (whose stats are so good you suspect she blew the DM) The model for Imoen's Baldur's Gate 1 portrait was the wife of the team's lead terrain artist, Dean Andersen. So kinda. Hey Dean what kind of stats would you say your wife has? Well she is soooo pretty. And super smart. And oh god she is t...

I'll probably grab PoE in forever from now when it's ten bucks. It's obviously never going to be proper turn-based like it should be (did anyone actually think real-time improved the Infinity Engine games, or just sucked every bit of tactical play out of them?) It's not impossible the game could be...

Grieving Mother is the one companion I dislike. I can't stand reading her interactions. Rothfuss didn't write a companion for PoE did he? That was just Torment? Because fuck it reads exactly like that over-rated piece of shit. Did someone decide to copy Rothfuss? Ellipses in every other sentence. No...

Magical counters never strike me as ham handed as long as there are rules for them and players can gain access to the same. Of course wizards come up with magical means of countering magic. People do that kind of thing. If the DM says no you can't teleport there because um you just can't that's ham ...

You can find your answers to recovery time (which is equal to the animation time of the attack/spell) on the forums if you want to satisfy your curiousity but youre right they seriously fucked up not explaining this shit in serious detail. In the same vein are the annoying fucking talents that aren'...

I was just waiting for Suzanne to say yea or nay. Ia gave his advice so I can easily scry on the guy but it was up to Koumei if Suzanne takes it. Ia knows the home soil reason. There's also option 3 which is they are being diplomatic. If they expect you to say yes it doesn't hurt to ask for permissi...

OOC: I think Whipstitch meant Max wants Tibiru to explain why he needs to embrace this guy in our city. Why isn't his being a ghoul cutting it? Ia pulls his cellphone from his pocket and looks at the screen. Having already given his advice to Suzanne on this particular matter he bows slightly and li...

Ia will move over and lean to whisper in the Prince's ear. [Manipulation 3 +Subterfuge 3 to avoid being heard?] My Prince, if you decide to allow his embrace then his loyalty as Kindred will be split between you and his master. May I suggest a simple tribute. A symbolic gesture of his willingness to...
