Well, you could mark an ally to kill a monster's mark as a minor, then burn a move action to mark a nearby monster (removing your mark from your ally), and you still have your standard action left to make an attack.
It seems plausible, at least. Although the flavor is beyond inane.

If the divine agents actually had some power to convince people, then I might buy it. But, they don't. A Rogue can out-talk an angel... Provably false. A CR 14 Astral Deva has a +22 diplomacy and +20 intimidate. I agree with Frank that an Int Rogue is more important for skills, and that you would d...

Remember, at certain levels you replace an old power with a new one of any level up to your current level. So a 15th level character could have a mix of daily power levels, such as: 9/5/1 (no replacement), 15/5/1, 15/9/1, 15/9/5, etc. You can also take lower level powers instead of a power of your l...

Right, it's not worth much on the dailies, but Utility powers do improve significantly with level, so you can have like 22/22/16/16/10 the minute you hit level 22, which is a lot better than everyone else's 22/16/10/6/2 Especially since I just noticed that you CANNOT REPLACE Utility powers. Wow, wha...

Oh, another odd quirk. Wizards get two daily and utility powers each time they would normally get one, and then at the beginning of the day they choose which ones to prepare. Seems normal so far, but your power slots are not limited by level, just by the total number you can prepare. So where a norm...

I don't think the monster can afford to just sit around. If it lets you retreat and catch your breath for 5 minutes, your encounter powers are back on line, and you can charge back in, unleash those, and run away again. The monster can't just sit there. Note also that while Wizards hand out irreleva...

(From Wikipedia) Utilitarianism is very straightforward: Utilitarianism is the idea that the moral worth of an action is solely determined by its contribution to overall utility[clarify] in maximizing happiness or pleasure as summed among all persons. It is thus a form of consequentialism, meaning t...
