First thought, too much bookkeeping.
Second thought, just because psionics is not as strong as normal magic does not mean they are not a caster who can become way too powerful.
If you let a Wizard regenerate spell slots, he would destroy the game even earlier then before. Same thing with psionics.

Would giving more options to get rid of the marks be too complicated? The system seems set up for having a pool of both types of marks, so we don't want to make it where for every black mark, remove it, and a white mark, and vice versa. You could fold having no marks at all into grey powers, or go w...

KauTZ, how is this stuff difficult to read/understand? Read, not understand. Most of it goes over my head, but I understand that it does, and I'm not going to complain about it. I just want one day TO be able to understand it. Go go 100 level Philosophy classes. I mean the panel placement confuses ...

I liked Dies Horribly though... Mostly because the girl goblin said that prophecy names are a crock of shit. Heh... killed a fox with her bare hands... So you are saying that there is a morality line, lined up based on the setting, that people can and cannot cross. And being a PC shouldn't magically...

I believe the fluff is that if you worship Wee Jas, you are transported to her citadel and tested. If you pass, you are tested in a more exacting manner. And again and again until you fail, at which point you are utterly obliterated. There is no point where you succeed and are rewarded in a convent...

Awesome Oh fuck yes. Paths can be created with whatever level appropriate abilities are available and on your mind at the time, so that is super awesome. Straight up supernatural is awesome. I'm tempted to change all of the vision enhancements, and the End of Weakness into one big ability that gene...

Well, sorta. For example, I have personally no intention whatsoever of creating new abilities, so I didn't consider it extensive by definition: the material those classes had was actually pretty little (of course, if it was done, it'd be expected that sooner or later someone else would expand it). ...

To Carthaz and Sinister, that itself is a pretty big problem. How can you make it an interesting class that isn't just a wizard with a different spell list? On the illusion side, I don't know why shadow=illusions. That's the general vibe I get and I really don't understand it. On the beguiler side, ...

I too have a raging boner for shadow magic. ... Anyways. We all know how much the shadowcaster sucks, so let's skip that, and move onto the more important area of how to make a shadowcaster awesome. First, what should a shadowcaster contribute to a party. Frank said spellcaster/skill monkey so lets ...

Wait... when did I say that these blog post's where actually reviews?
I've just been saying that they're right in most (all) cases. Saying shit smells isn't really a review.

What happens when Charles the Horrid Necromancer stables his undead army in the nearby woods, and walks into the City of Awesome Laser Lights (magic site of holy light and making undead burst into painful flames) because he needs to use their library? Charles is a channeler of negative energy, or so...

That doesn't even make sense Bleach.[br][br]He doesn't have an opinion other then that these comics are horrible. Most of the time that's because of things that are seriously wrong with the comic. Rampant misogyny, "Rape is A-OK!", really messed up shit like that. He's really educating peo...

Wait, what?
Find one instance (pick a random entry) where one thing he says isn't factual.
I fail to see where he supposes anything. Am I that blind?
Is this what trolling is? I always it assumed it was more... angry?

Re: Prestige Classes
You certainly gave me a lot to think about, SphereOfFeetMan.[br][br]But wait, going into a PrC should be a no-brainer? So you want every caster to jump ship no later then level 7 and never look back?[br][br]This is looking bleaker everyday, but I guess it's not overly surprising. Ignoring PrC's in f...

I know WotC CharOp had a few moments of brilliancy when they realized that Wiz 3/MS 7/IofSV 10/ MS +3 was crazy go awesome.[br][br]Then they decided to start stuffing in Abjurant Champion for some reason.[br][br]MS, IofSV and Incantatrix are the kind of crap that made me start wondering this.
