Re: Warlock / Rogue

Apropos of nothing, I'd like to say that a gestalt warlock/rogue is a hella fun character. However, I don't think they synergize all that well in a non-gestalt game. Maybe a couple levels of warlock for a useful invocation or two + decieve item + infinite ranged attacks, and all the rest rogue.

Multiple frikkin' attacks. I don't know about being able to take out multiple PCs, but nothing's lamer than seeing the Great Evil Darkmungus take one action...the PCs each take one or two...and the Darkmungus is wolfpacked to death in two rounds.[br][br]Invulnerability (or at least, high resistance)...

I never said it was *broken.* I said it was *deceptively powerful,* and I stand by that statement. The numbers support this.
But I'm done debating it, since I'm obviously a minority of 1 here.

Damn. I had once thought PP was pretty cool. I was even going to play in an Iron Kingdoms d20 RPG campaign (never happened).

Well, I'll always have my Monsternomicon...buggy as hell, but I'm a monster junky. New monsters are always cool.

Re: Runic Knight

The strength of the individual being healed is irrelevant. A cleric can't heal everyone in the party with one spell (even a small amount) unless he uses one of those mass cure wounds spells. Heck, a RK in a battle, could heal literally dozens of warriors with one spell...although I will admit, that'...

@ Frank: First, the BB can't heal other party members - all their cure woundses are designated self only . Re: The Bright Blade (fey-flavored champion class)

So what you seem to be saying is, tone down the lowest levels and add some better offensive punch at levels 7+. I'll see what I can do.

For wilstrike, what about ditching the burst and just doing +1d6 [energy] damage every 4-5 levels? This would max out at +5d6.

These are some fey-flavored feats I've been working on for Project Feybook. They're more powerful than some feats, but they're also quite restricted. I've never liked the "gain a 0-level spell" feats, as they become useless within 2 or 3 levels. This is my attempt at something else...these...
