Believe me, the road to classless D20 is more like a vertical climb than a slippery slope, but I'm sure you know that.

Am I the only one who thought So if you want a laser eye beams, don't feel restrained by choosable Monk abilities. Make a laser eyes feat and make it choosable by any class. Call it Eyes of the Archon or Acolyte of the Burning Stare or Evoker's Blood (eyes). Let Serpent Sorcerers get Hooded Cobra At...

I'm fairly happy with both McCain and Obama. Though I prefer Obama. I'm thinking that the Democrats will have a wide enough lead in the actual election that we won't have any edge case shenanigans from the electoral college; a decent number of republicans prefer Obama over McCain. The only real worr...

Blade of Pain and Fear is a second level cleric spell that gives you a column of nashing teeth that you can wield like a short sword. It uses touch attacks, disallows strength mod, lasts 1 round per level, and gives a bonus to damage equal to half caster level. There's no reason you couldn't dual wi...

What you fail to understand is that LotR is low level, like level 5 at the most. LotR fanboys want warriors at all levels to fight like a level 5 warrior does. Perhaps you see the problem now?

Unfortunately the Mindsense feat works out to a distance equal to your telepathy range, so not actually having telepathy would make it useless. As for Extra Wildshape: Yes it does exist, as worded a Rogue could use it, it's on page 81 of the Complete Divine. However, looking at the epic wildshape fe...

Because they're grognards, LotR fanboys, or WOTC sycophants. If what you meant is why do so many people hate Bo9S, well that's simple, it's a trap.

Flavor can't be made wrong the way mechanics can. The only way you're going to get your work insulted is if it's purely retarded or completely lacks verisimilitude.

A TWF Whirlwind Barbarian is much the same. Additionally, Kratos soaks hits really well(DR) rather than avoid or deflect the vast majority of the attacks coming at him(High AC/Dex).

Kratos could easily have been a Samurai, but he could have just as easily been a Barbarian.

For the second "priest" spot you could have something along the lines of a Knight Templar which works a lot like a Paladin, except it's dedicated to any cause and gets a lot of social bonuses with the church hierarchy(or similar) and anyone dependent or extremely friendly with the church. ...

If I'm thinking of the correct movie, Maximus was definitely a Fighter, not a Samurai(look at the way he pulled tricks out of nowhere, reacted extremely well to changes in the battle, and commanded a bunch of individual gladiators into a well oiled fighting machine). Kratos was honestly much more li...

It'd be simpler to just say that you automatically remove these conditions at the end of your turn, rather than going on about special full-round actions.

After Dharken Rahl was defeated the books lost focus and started getting ridiculous. Also it was around...

Remember that cultural homogeneity isn't intrinsically bad either. Albeit many of the things some people do to try to get or return to cultural homogeneity are monstrous.
