Tale of Two Wastelands for Fallout: New Vegas. It merges the game with Fallout 3, and I wouldn't play either games wihout it.

Koumei, you might interested in this mod. It adds a necromancer class (three other ones are in development), adds respec potions and different tiers of enemies for more variety. Its pretty sweet.
