There's another funny conversation available with those adventurers involving a dead cat that requires a bit of searching.

Seeing as the topic of incorporating elements from After Sundown has been broached, would incorporating alternate planes of existence like Maya, etc. fit into the setting? Or even magical planes at all?

From the layout of North America it looks like there is going to be a lot of traditional geographically oriented governments. Does that rule out globally distributed nations like those seen in Diamond Age and Snowcrash (The First Distributed Republic, Atlantis, Ashanti, Sandero, etc.)?

What's the story on magic and magical species in Heartbreaker? I saw K suggest earlier that everything be some sort of technology. Are you folks going that route, the cyclical thing like in Shadowrun or just creating an alternate version of earth where magic always existed?

Is it worth it to boost really low MR to slightly higher but still low MR (i.e. 12 to 16 with an ama) or am I just better off just accepting that that commander is going to be fucked no matter what if anyone casts a resistable spell and just give him something else.
