The save DCs look a little on the low side for a primary spellcaster to me, but this seems like a perfectly playable character.

Basically, stop trying to play the game to where it cannot lead. If AO if the most powerful being, then what do you do when you defeat him in battle? Where does your character have to go then, no matter what class he is? Learn to let go and play a new damn character. Try a high level no-magic game....

Agreement. You can also get a version of gravestrike as a Rogue alternate class feature (I don't remember what you have to give up). It's sort of better, sort of worse.
