I'm sure I've seen a template like this, to create a lower-powered young or juvenile version of a monster, but I can't for the life of me find it. My google-fu seems to fail me at the most inopportune times. Can anyone help me out?

One of my friends actually has a copy of the Collected Book of Experimental Might gathering dust on his shelf (his only Malhavoc product). It stays on the shelf. He doesn't like it. I don't know why, as I haven't looked through it yet, but I'll take a peek next time I'm over there.
