Bull, I lack plenty of basic social skills and yet I still participate in plenty of group activities.

I'd rather read ten chapters filled with loving descriptions of Elminister having Badass Coolperson Sex with his harem of elves... I'd rather not have seen 'Elminster' and 'harem of elves' in the same sentence, but you went and ruined that. Well I'm sure it is better than finding out at the end tha...

I'm not sure I understand correctly, but weren't they already doing a rewrite of the stealth rules? Why would they ever wait for a faq then?

Though in the future where space battles will actually take place, people will probably have developed something that makes them harder or impossible to scan.
Even though nobody right now knows how it will work yet.

I actually had a somewhat similar to this for a tabletop game based on One Piece that I might try to make one day, depending on how interested people are. I call it battle momentum. As an example of how it works, every character starts off with a pool of 40 action points out of 100 possible and the...

Maybe it would be better to have some kind of build up system then, that if you for example cast fireball in a greased area it does extra fire damage or if you cast a cold spell then a force spell is more effective or something like that.

You could also use it as a defensive measure, that for example a laser can't go through the 'cloud' or smt left behind by an explosion.

Or make laser more precision based weaponry and that you need warheads to take out attacking nanobots etc.

I don't really understand why with 4e errata if they errata an item with a wrong level they reprint the entire statblock.
They seriously have like 10 pages of items with change lvl 22 to lvl 21 on the item; here the statblock.

If you need to sometimes skip your turn to recharge you'd better hope rounds go faster than they usually do in high lvl d&d

So the question shouldn't be how much but what is actually worth issueing errata for?

This might be a dumb idea, but what if you split it?
The errata you really need and one optional to fix slightly underpowered/overpowered things.

Though groups would pretty much have to decided which they use as a group of course.

I actually really dislike the new proposed skill system because it looks to similiar to what pathfinder is doing. Which is basically, many many shitty options combined with some good ones. So now if I have 10 skill points to spend or something, and with 4 splatbooks, I'd have to read through 40 page...

Dark Sun isn't a campaign setting unto itself, not when it could fit neatly inside virtually any other campaign setting as a single region. Given virtually all campaign settings could be compressed into a single continent sized area, you could say that about any of them. Kinda like this you mean? h...

I also feel dispelling buffs should probably change.
Currently it just takes too much time for most groups.

For example make buffs not dispellable or make dispelling work for all buffs at once.
That way people can deal with it a lot quicker.

Magic items shouldn't have stats like +1/2/3/4/5 in the first place. They are boring, people don't really care about it and well it makes no sense from an ingame perspective anyway. And if you have items that you can find, the most important part is that they don't suck. The Apparatus of the Crab in...

As compared to 4E, where going from one tier to another is changing a boring +1 bonus to a boring +2 bonus to a boring +3 bonus?
Which is exactly what he said?

I want meaningful choices. If for example the game has a lot of gods, I want those gods to be active, to do interesting things. What the fuck party is going to haul around a cannon or ballista? The Wizard with shrink item loves this. At high levels, it's made permanent with permanency and it's a magic siege engine using magic ammo. I'm new here, but how does shrink item work in pf? If I look at what for example reduce and e...
