Conan RPG - Opinions?

It looks nice.

Casters seems to be balanced with Non-Casters.
There are free Combat-Maneuvers you can use, as soon as you have the Pre-Reqs.
Dex. based Fighter seems (to me) functional (you can bypass armor, which gives DR).

Is there anything I should be wary off?

I read it and liked it, but it's definitely low fantasy, just like it says on the tin.
