I am deciding to splurge a bit and I'm having a few drinks tonight, enjoying some nice cider. Although right now I don't have a lot of local friends (lost all but one due to me making a mistake I've made before and that I'm too old to repeat. Probably because I'm stupid despite my claims to the contrary), I'm drinking to my personal demons tonight. Because really, those guys seem lonelier than I am right now.

Title idea- "At the Mountains of Rule 34"
alternatively- "Call of Rule 34"

Cuz apparently I gotta break this down for you dense motherfuckers- I'm trans feminine nonbinary. My pronouns are they/them.

Except for the olives, I'm totally onboard with that.

Just sayin'... After your prior conversation, there is literally no way that I could read this far and not go where no mind should actually go.Ancient History wrote:I had a dream last night about a girl and hot dogs.
She'd never seen a hot dog before.
That actually sounds almost good!So she cut them in half, and baked them with garlic and onions and olives and oil, with a side of small yellow potatoes stuff with chilies.
My son makes me laugh. Maybe he'll make you laugh, too.

A couple nights ago I had a first date with a dude and we reminisced about how we and other people we knew have come out. When I got home I read up on strategies for assassin junglers in League... or maybe builds for Rogues in Tales of Maj'Eyal. I forget. Could be both. Anyway, I passed out into a narcoleptic slumber and woke up mumbling something about how coming out of the closet should do at least 500 damage with optimal items, so it was important to wait until at least 3 targets would be in the AOE.
Met a girl at a bar last night, red-headed lead singer for a metalcore band. She seemed totally into me and we hung out the entire night, and only went home at 7 the next morning. Now I'm hoping I read her reactions right and not screw it up...
Then, once you have absorbed the lesson, that your so-called "friends" are nothing but meat sacks flopping around in the fashion of an outgassing corpse, pile all of your dice and pencils and graph-paper in the corner and SET THEM ON FIRE. Weep meaningless tears.

I got a new slatted frame with a motor for my bed.
The motor is not strong enough to actually lift my weight.
I had to get a new mattress because of that.
Seeing how spring frame mattresses do not like to be bent out of shape like that on a regular basis, i had to go with a cellular material one and it's hard getting used to it and thus sleeping on my bed is now pretty uncomfortable -.-

A marketer generally perceives Soon as a finite, known, yet unspeakable time-interval; to a fan, the interval appears greater, and may in fact approach the infinite, becoming Never. Once the interval has passed, however, a certain time-lensing effect seems to occur, and the time-interval becomes vanishingly small. We therefore see the strange result that the same fragment of spacetime may be observed, in quick succession, as Soon, Never, and All Too Quickly.

Forgive me if I'm being oblivious here, but why do you need a motor for your bed that lifts your weight? I'm not "calling you out", it just sounds like that's the most interesting part of the story you just told and you glossed over the details

'Cause i'm lazy as fuck and that was the main reason for me actually getting the new parts ._.
I basically have nowhere else in my room where i can comfortably watch stuff on my TV but on my bed.
No room for a couch or easy chair
So i decided to make my bed into something as close to that as possible.
When i am not in it, the motor will lift front/back of the mattress just fine, and i can get in after that again without it breaking down under me, but that means having to get out of bed every time i want to change the position, which is, to say the least, very annyoing to me . .

So yeah, I put an ad ut on Craigslist to find local groups because why not? Turns out the only offer I got was to join a Changeling game. Even with my tolerance for terrible games that's a bit much for me...

If I didn't know you were in Germany, this is the point where I'd be posting a 'Murica meme

It's like Epic Meal Time. Every time they make something with 10s of thousands of calories, my mind reflexively thinks "this is why other countries hate us" and then immediately remember they're Canadian.
