Definition: Something so bad as to be equivalent to intentional mockery; a travesty: The trial was a parody of justice.

This isn't meant to be good, well thought out, inspiring, creative, or any of those things that would actually inspire taking it seirously.

Its meant to mock Buffy. It makes just as much sense for an ageing janitor to hunt werewolves as for a high school cheerleader to be a vampire slayer.

Example: "The OP was a parody of what a humorous post should look like. If it had stayed on it's original subject matter it would have succeeded."

We all got the "opposite" of Buffy part. What lost us was how you stopped mocking the series as the post continued.

We're just giving general writing help here. You have to make your jokes and silly writing just as cohesive and structured as anything else that you write.

Why? Because I found it amusing.

If you don't - fine. If you have advice on how to write it so you would - fine. If you think I'm taking this seriously enough to actually edit it to make more sense, I'm sorry, but I'm not (taking it seriously).

If there is any interest in a (silly) BTWH game, I'd be willing to, but left to my own devices, this has gone on well past the point I care about it.

I have something useful to say. I am telling you that this is not the place for you to post up whatever you find amusing for no reason at all.

This forum is for things you have created, and getting help with them. You did not post this asking how it could be made actually funny; you did not post it asking how it could be made into a game; you didn't even post it for our amusement. This thread is a complete waste of space, and could have served its purpose as a Notepad file you read to your friends. At least if you read it in person you might have a better reaction when told that it is shit.

When you post something that is bad, we are not going to sugar coat it and tell you it's "all right, but needs some improvement." We are not going to be nice about your writing. We will probably not insult you as a person at first (though insulting your writing skills would not be out of bounds), but if you go through all the things you have done already you are inviting yourself to be insulted.

But beyond that, you have a post count of over 1900, and you have yet to post anything of value. You have, in your defense, tried to do so, but you have rejected every attempt at helping you to the point where people no longer want to even attempt to help you.

By insulting you, I am making it clear that you should not be posting things like this. I told you, in no uncertain terms, without any sugar coating, that you should not simply write whatever you want and hit "submit" and expect it to be accepted. There are things that are worth posting and thins that are not, and almost everything you post is not.

So either think about why no one thought this was funny and learn from it, or go away.

Either think about why someone would mind you being an insulting jerk for no reason other than to be an insulting jerk, which is what you are doing, or expect me to not care what you think because it will invariably be negative whatever I do or don't do here.

If you think this isn't funny, then you could have just said so and left it there. If you think that there would be somewhere better to post this if it is just being silly, you could have left it there.

Being insulting does not add anything to your posts other than to make them less worth reading.

No, I'm someone who is well aware of how to express something without insulting someone.

Conversation is not a choice between sugarcoating something and soaking it in vinegar.

So any claim that being insulting is for any other purpose than demonstrating that he(?) isn't either able or willing to be not insulting is not credible.

If you think the "Bob the Werewolf Hunter" idea is terrible, say it and move on.

Flinging insults is just wasting more posts and more time than if you just said your opinion without being a jerk and got on with what you were interested in, or if you didn't comment.

So obviously being concerned with wasted posts and time is less important than being insulting.
