I was thinking:
A. An at-will spell of spell level= (char level/2)
B. Four spontaneous slots and 2 Known spells of spell level= (char level/2)
C. Two slots of spell level= (char level/2) and a static spell list of prepped spells equal to 10 spells of each level
With the Complete Adventurer spells being as good as fighter abilities, I was thinking that a purely spell based ability system was the way to go.
Existing buffs can be converted to "Fighter spells" by dropping the duration to 1 round and making them swift actions.
