I'm totally sorry I mentioned Leadership. The whole point of my post was that saying, "Dude, that's crap" when you don't know the definition of that is a waste of the time spent typing the words out, and a waste of time spent reading. You cannot make a valid determination about X until X is known. Furthermore, saying X is lousy for everyone because it's lousy for you is also not legitimate. By that logic, WotC's going bankrupt because I don't like and am not going to buy the products they're going to release next month.
