Yep, straight to the Inferno.

Turn in for the rump state of R'lyeh. The Great Kalamari in the Depths does not expect the nation to last for very many more turns, but has enjoyed the game and looks forward to reincarnating in a better-positioned nation at some point. We'll do what we can to keep the next couple turns entertaining.

I think I was fine while people were ignoring me - trying to raid Mictlan's coastal province was, I admit, a terrific error which basically just reminded them of our continued existence.
