This feels like every postapocalyptic scenario I've seen that isn't Morrow Project "You wake up with all your stuff but the rest of the world is crap" or Gamma World "Mutant-Furries-with-blasters".
Struggle to survive, and eventually carve out something for yourself; generally, players seem to gravitate towards either "We're rebuilding civiitlization" or "I am Genghis Khan". Or both, y'know, RPGs being what they are.
