Really, the wipes thing is just something that's happening everywhere now. I see it at Walmart and Target.
Welcome to the Gaming Den.

There totally are stains of toxic E. Coli. They produce poisons that can make you very sick or even kill you. That's what is supposed to be meant by "E. Coli outbreaks". Since the dominant non-toxic varieties are commensal intestinal flora in almost everyone.Maj wrote:Thank you, Frank. I was going to ask about that. There are so many sensational "news" pieces that shout fecal bacteria (make up, toilets, keyboards, phones, kitchens, floors, preschools, ad nauseum...) that you'd think the human race would be dead by now.

That was pretty much my thinking.Psychic Robot wrote:KIND OF MAKES SENSE WHEN YOU CONSIDER WITH WHOM SHE ASSOCIATES.Prak_Anima wrote:I just learned that Meg, from BG, is turned on by assholes. I find this amusing...
Was this in a podcast, or something? I never listen to those.Prak_Anima wrote:I just learned that Meg, from BG, is turned on by assholes. I find this amusing...
No, I follow them on twitter. Though it may have come up in a podcast, I can't remember.RobbyPants wrote:Was this in a podcast, or something? I never listen to those.Prak_Anima wrote:I just learned that Meg, from BG, is turned on by assholes. I find this amusing...
I don't think I agree. She never really cared for me, after all. In fact, she accused me of "ruining her business" with my posting style. Although I have no clue as to what the BG's actually do. Since at the time I was telling people she was married and she was getting pissed off about it, I am forced to assume it is some form of prostitution.Prak_Anima wrote:That was pretty much my thinking.Psychic Robot wrote:KIND OF MAKES SENSE WHEN YOU CONSIDER WITH WHOM SHE ASSOCIATES.Prak_Anima wrote:I just learned that Meg, from BG, is turned on by assholes. I heard about that. I think their earthquake and tsunami preparedness made the damage far less severe than it would have been, but I don't think there's a lot that can defend you from an 8.9.Maxus wrote:That Japan Earthquake/Tsunami is worrisome. I understand they're having some problems with one of the nuclear power plants. The generators were damaged by the tsunami, so the coolant systems were knocked out. The stuff I've been reading says they're on top of it, but...yeah.
And around a thousand deaths. Jesus Humbert Christ. And Japan is an earthquake-prepared nation. Seems a lot of the buildings are designed to take this sort of thing into account.
I wouldn't be surprised if they get money for advertising and reviewing (terrible as they are...), or at least con panels. I think they want to make it a business but may be a bit lost. Meg and Zeke (Josh? I can't fucking remember) seem to have a somewhat open relationship, so she probably got pissed that you were chasing off prospective cybering partners, but couldn't exactly come out and say that.Count Arioch the 28th wrote:I don't think I agree. 1. How is this news?Prak_Anima wrote:I just learned that Meg, from BG, is turned on by assholes. I find this amusing...
The sad thing is, I would have understood if she had been honest and said that. I've known her for years, and she seems pretty big on adopting a persona. I don't think in the years I've posted with her and the couple of times we've gotten drunk together in real life that I really know her at all.Prak_Anima wrote:I wouldn't be surprised if they get money for advertising and reviewing (terrible as they are...), or at least con panels. It makes me wonder what she personally thought of my 20 year old assholishness at the end of the WotC boards...Count Arioch the 28th wrote:The sad thing is, I would have understood if she had been honest and said that. I become very alarmed when I get drunk with someone and don't feel I know them in the end.
