I made a (rough) spreadsheet for generating random dark assemblies: Seat, Party, Level, Attributes, Status (ignoring the Moth party's "put people to sleep"), Class, and DCs. (the Bribe DC just indicates whether it's favorable or not, or not possible)

EDIT: Bribe field now lists bribe item.
