Thats the worst part. From their view, they aren't making a mistake. 90% of their customer base will happily eat shit, and defend that shit to the death. Another 5% will buy the books anyway, just to bitch about them. So even if they only grab a 10% growth in their customer base with the new edition, they fucking win.
