I really don't get it: Bulmahn&Co. and Game Balance

Rituals are plot devices. I like the idea actually. It could be done very well, but 10 minute casting times are too long. 1 minute should be about right.

I like the idea that essentially every wizard can walk on water, endure elements, or make a floating disk, and that ranks in Knowledg: Arcana actually mean something. However, there need to be more. Like, MANY more.

Shouldn't that be the Ritual Compendium? Or maybe the Complete Arcane?

I wouldn't have required the feat but non-combat casting being skill checks is something I've considered.

It will be all 3. With some in the yearly setting book as well.

The magic item book and martial power book (and FR:post apocalypse)are already up for this year, ph2 is next year... they've definitely got the marketing down.
