Dom3: Revenge of the Den
Moderator: Moderators
There are still dusk elders walking around. Did they survive the fall or ermor again, or did Mari manage to hellbind them? Either way, that's simply awesome. Dominions always surprises.
Zin, since we have apparently taken to broadcasting our diplo on this channel, I'm hoping to get my nature gems from less fire-arrowy sources, but if that doesn't work out I'll be in touch.

I think I'll need a bit of an extension (12 hours should be fine) on this turn.
EDIT: I sent a turn, but I'm quite tired and could use the extra time to think some things over more thoroughly/engage in diplomacy.

BNN Update
Chelmian Forces Besiege Halemyre! TC Forces Surrounded!
After months of bloody, indecisive fighting BNN correspondents have confirmed that Chelm's Army Group West has laid siege to the strategic fortress at Halemyre. Simultaneously, Agarthan forces struck several TC provinces and captured them.
The Foreign Office praised these victories, citing them as "proof of the close cooperation between the Agarthan Military and the Chelmian Council of Knights".
Commanders at the front offered a less optimistic assessment. Lord Warden Berthwald, speaking to a BNN Bard, said "Charlie has become a lot craftier ever since they changed their leadership. They're deploying mages in ever larger numbers and that's been causing us significant casualties. If it wasn't for their damn magics, we would have taken Halemyre months ago. Good thing that we're finally getting some heavy support to compensate."
Berthwald was referring to the latest of Chelm's Titan Legion to come into service, dubbed the Chelms Magnificat. Together with the Liberatio Gath, both of Chelm's active Titans were said to have played a key role in besieging Halemyre.

I will extend the turn, but quickhosting is still on. So if all submit their turn it will get hosted.TheNotSoEvilNecromancer wrote:I think I'll need a bit of an extension (12 hours should be fine) on this turn.

At the moment there are 3 outstanding turns.

I just realized it's not clear what time it is for various people. I'm planning to put my turn in 20 minutes unless asked to do otherwise.
(Or, if someone knows a way to automate the email to go out right before deadline, let me know. I'm using a gmail account)
EDIT: I'm selling about 7 Skull Mentors and 1 Clam of Pearls. I will accept their full crafting price (assuming no hammer), paid in any combination of Death, Air, Nature, and Water. No more than 50% nature for any item, please.
Oh, and 2 hammers, though I can't part with them for several turns.

I would just like to publically state that Agartha has asked Chelms to clear out an indie Villain stronghold that had taken their province of Nifel (100). We'll move in, kill all the villains, then move out.
I have pretty much made this clear to all of the powers still in the game except for a couple I forgot to PM, so I'm stating it here publically so it's crystal clear that I'm not invading Agartha. We are doing Agartha a favor by ridding one of their provinces of villain scum. They asked us to clear out the villains.
Also, as already mentioned last turn, current Chelmian policy is that TC must negotiate to Agartha and Chelms as a block. No deals with just one power. And we've already had assurances from Agartha that they'd continue their attacks - which has already taken 3 provinces with little resistance.
So those "interesting PMs" had better not involve any attempts at a backroom deal.

And if any backroom deals are being made with TC they don't involve me.*Zinegata wrote:So those "interesting PMs" had better not involve any attempts at a backroom deal.
*anymore
EDIT: Oh, jeez Ulm, I tried to warn you!

It's very annoying when 150 undead suddenly show up for a party when the scouting report said there were zero undead in the area.
Oh well, lesson learned. Bring up the reserves!
Also, gonna preemptively ask for a 24 hour extension. Work promises to be hectic tomorrow and Orion has presented an excellent tactical challenge.

So... Caelum just asked to cancel their alliance with us and we have five turns before they can legally attack us.
Good game Rabby. Looks like Abysia is gonna win this one now. I told you soft power works.
Chelms however, will zap, arrow, stab, and claw the hell out of all our enemies before Abysia unleashes its Legions of Doom (which are gonna come online now that nobody's pressuring them) and kills us all
.
No surrender!

Heh I don't even have a plan to win.
So actually I welcome our (potential) new Agarthan or Marignoon overlords. I'll be coming in second to somebody, just haven't found out who yet.
Not that there is anything wrong with our current Chelmian overlords, but it was a mistake not handing out some of the trashier artifacts as party favors at your last soiree.
"Winterbringer? Pfft. Well,... on second thought that's not so bad, I hear Ulm got Holgar's Head... it ate everything else in the bag and then threw up a doom horror!"
Besides, you have to actually lose the fight, which you might not.
