Frank's culture focus series...

I've been searching for 3 days, and I've found 8, are there any more? I can't tell because the search systems seem to be... less then reliable.
He seemed to make one human culture for each of the seven elements, followed by an ormigan culture that doesn't seem to have a particular affiliation.
The culture focus material was alongside the basics of a system that can be found on this thread, which also includes some fundamental setting assumptions.
