A variant of True20 rules for fantasy games

Some time ago, I have written a variant of True20 rules designed for fantasy game in D&D style. The rules are complete, although certainly could be improved. There is no bestiary.
I have tried to keep things balanced, while allowing typical D&D magic items, character types etc.
