If you're arguing a point, why aren't you learning?

I think learning is essential to posting here.

But my basic question is, why does LL come, spew copypasta, and then leave?

Because that is his nature?

It took him months and/or years to accept that fighters actually are less powerful than Wizards.

He creeps along at a very slow pace. Maybe given enough time, he might stop spewing right wing crap. Maybe not in the rest of his lifetime. Who cares? It's fun to have stupid people around, once they graduate to a certain level of stupid. Lich is fun, Shad is not.

Do you think he'll come back next year and complain that Social Security will go insolvent in 2039?

I think that if the social security insolvency stays 2038, he will come back and bitch about it.

But if it moves to 2039, or god forbid, 2040, he will quietly forget about it for a couple years.

You don't technically have room to criticize LL. You are right about more things than he is, but you are just as steadfast in your beliefs as he is, and it can be troublesome when you are saying things that are wrong and start resorting to ad hominem attacks when people point it out.

My criticism isn't the arrogance, but the copypasta and leave bit.

Even if I don't reply, I do read what people say back to me, for good or ill.

PS, You are right, Count. I'm highly frustrated when I cannot support my point.

Searching on this topic is especially frustrating, because it's not that you don't get results, it's that you get millions of the same results of the same rants over and over again.

It's the opposite for looking for articles about afghanistan pre-9/11. So many of them weren't published on the 'net, and even the few that were, they're often deleted by now our off in sections that aren't 'alive' in the search engines.

But yeah, I'm very pigheaded sometimes.

Actually, Lich-Loved has noticeably moderated his political stances since coming here, and definitely engaged with the arguments presented to him. His starting assumptions are different enough from mine, or Frank's, that it can sometimes seem like fractal crazy, but he hasn't actually engaged in much if any goalpost shifting or other nitwittery. Tzor, I find puzzling, but Lich-Loved seems to have good faith, although I strongly disagree with his actual opinions.
