If you can double your natural healing does that double the amount of ability burn you heal, as well as your ability damage?

Specifically, I have a Elan Psion with the feats Body Fuel (recover 2 power points by taking 1 ability burn) and Mind Over Body (heal ability damage and burn = 1 + Con mod). My Con mod is 3.

So say I recover 16 power points - I take 8 ability burn to all my attributes. After 8 hrs of rest I heal back 4 ability burn.

What happens if someone casts Healthful Rest (SC) on me? Normally, this doubles my natural healing in regard to ability damage, does it also double the amount of ability burn I heal?

Yes. Another good thing to note about both this spell and Summon Elysian Thrush is that they apply to fast healing such as that provided by lesser vigor. So yeah, grab wands of both of them.
