They're all over the place. Here are some examples of what you can have:
[*]You know your +4 Init from Improved Initiative? WELL NOW IT'S DOUBLED, RAAAAAAA!
[*]You have 10x (or 100x?) the amount of 1st level followers (and this affects the rest of them in the usual way - so if you now have 1,000 level 1 followers, you now get 100 level 2, 50 level 3 etc)
[*]Your Cohort continues to gain levels rather than being stuck at level 18!
[*]You can Pounce!
[*]You get to invent broken new spells that are limited by what you can push past the MC
[*]Your Alchemical items double in some capacity
[*]Perfect Two Weapon Fighting
[*]Gain an extra item slot as your Femoral Artery chakra opens or whatever
[*]Gain 20 extra HP
[*]Gain Fast Healing 3 (or increase existing FH by 3)
[*]Your spellcasting never provokes attacks of opportunityAdd your level as a bonus to Defensive Casting checks
[*]People can't Cast Defensively in your threatened area
[*]Gain +1 to your I-Can't-Believe-It's-Not-BAB
[*]Whenever you Sneak Attack someone, they take the damage again on their next turn

I think there might be "You are always Hasted" or something, but that might be a Deific Feat or something, not an Epic one. But as you can see, you totally want Perfect TWF if you do TWF at all, and if you didn't already have Pounce as a fighter-type (because you're stupid or something) you can finally get that, and with an MC as easy as your mum you can get amazing Epic Spells, but... right next to them you seriously get "+1 to your attack rolls".

Honestly, the best option with Epic feats is to have everyone who can cast spells take Epic Spellcasting, and everyone who qualifies take Epic Skill Focus (Spellcraft), then just use permanent/arbitrarily long duration epic spells to give everyone whatever they want.

@Koumei

If I remember correctly there are basically two things worth doing with your epic slots

One is the game sundering thing where you make a ritual that permasummons an outsider with spellcasting and take over reality with you katamari ball of epic ritauls

Two is you abuse the fuck out of epic buffs and walk around with +20 to your stats.

We're getting off-topic, but you don't make spells with massive Spellcraft DCs that cost kajillions of GP (you don't care about this) and significant XP (you do care about this). You make the spell take 100 days to cast as a contingency, which is triggered by pointing or something, and try for a DC of 0 or 1 (depending on what your MC is willing to go with). So it takes a day and fuck-all resources to research, then you cast the spell in a special time-bubble plane or whatever, then you hop out and when it needs casting you point with a Swift Action and bam, ten guys get +20 Luck to "stuff" for a week or whatever.

Looking forward to the mechanics, where they show that this book can in fact go from bad to worse. Yes, the bullshit they write is stupid and conflicts with actual D&D and it's "LET ME RAM MY PENIS RELIGION DOWN YOUR THROAT" and so on. But the mechanics are even worse!

I've seen games where you could instantly research spells of DC 0, usually using magic treasure as material components to reduce the difficulty of casting. Not sure if I ever actually saw someone spend 50 wished-up +2 swords to nuke an enemy as a swift action, but in those games it was technically possible.

I remember the druid doing the DC0/no research time thing in Tales of Wyre. That game had insane amounts of MTP once they hit epic levels.
