Ubiquity system

Has anyone else used it? It's the one in Hollow Earth Expedition and Leagues of Adventure. It's roughly a storyteller knockoff with d20 sensibilities.
I've played Leagues of Adventure some, but not enough to spot anything other than obvious pitfalls.
