After Sundown questions: Do devotions provide Path bonuses?

In After Sundown; do "Devotions" count as an Advanced power for the two Universal paths that they stemmed from, in terms of granting the special numeric bonuses or other abilities that having an Advanced power normally Grants?
In a game that I've started yesterday, a PC picked up a Clout + [something] devotion; and wants to know if they have more Strength + [whatever] as a result.
For now, I've said no because that's not described or outlined; and Devotions are honestly powerful enough to not 'need' such a buff, but I've also said that I'm going to ask here to clear things up.
