I came to realize Im big fan of the kind of trippy stuff seen on Hotline Miami, Unknown Armies and Apocalypse World.
What other games are there which promotes this ? The focus here is tabletop games but videogames are fair too!

It's a parody of RPGs, really, and I never looked much at it, given it's extremely hard to read, but there's a game called Human Occupied Landfill (H.O.L.) that may fit this description. Other than that, what you're looking for is more of a theme or feeling, and, with some work, you could probably do it with any game, really. Being so rules light, something Bear World might work well.

I've played HOL when I was younger. It was fun to play because the world was so ridiculous and the resolution system was relatively simple.

I'd give it a oneshot, but I might have someone boil the system or background out of the book for me, since some of the handwriting is ridiculously hard to read in weird layouts.

Playing Darkwood on the PC right now and it's pretty on the surreal/psychedelic side (besides being scary as fuck). Recommended.
