How much more dangerous would the Tarrasque be with flight?

Let's say 60 speed (average) to make it slightly better than some existing spells such as Overland Flight. And it can charge while flying, too.

Up to 20d6. 1d6 for the first increment (20-70 feet, depending on weight), plus d6 for every 10 feet (which should probably be per increment, but that requires multiplying numbers). So assuming infinite 1 pound rocks, you need to fly at 260 feet.Stahlseele wrote:Depends . . how is the fall damage for that?
That movie was awesome.OgreBattle wrote:Y'all should watch Shin Godzilla, it's a great movie
The problem is that for a normal person, the horizon is about 3 miles away. The Tarrasque is taller, so he can see further, but not usually 100 miles.infected slut princess wrote:The Tarrasque needs a stupid over-the-top breath weapon, something like 100 mile range death beam that that annihilates anything in its area of effect (maybe if you make your save you take "only" 1000d6 damage).

The Evolution stuff was interesting, but oh dear god untill he gets his final ish form the cgi is atrocious . . And as a die hard fan of the old godzilla, i did not appreciate the lightshow lasers from his back . .OgreBattle wrote:Y'all should watch Shin Godzilla, it's a great movie
It should be like using a dragon's breath weapon or lightning bolt -- it's a fixed area, not a ranged attack. Spot penalties don't matter.deaddmwalking wrote:

And of course, D&D does 10' spot penalties, so seeing even 1 mile away is basically impossible.
