I'm very curious to see how it works out. Apparently they have a bigger staff than Wizard's, but not the sales of 5e.

I'm happy and proud for them, but given how much money there is to be made in the TTRPG industry, I would absolutely not be surprised if they all just got fired.
Now that I've actually read the article a bit - the Pathfinder guys are doing crunch time? For a fucking tabletop game? What the hell is going on over there?

If they're making the staff put in crunch time and putting out PF 2e, that's as compelling a proof as I can imagine that overworking your employees will not let you produce better products or find financial success.

Cheap shots aside, I wish them luck with the process, and hope it works out for them.

"A bigger staff than WotC" is not a tall bar when the dnd division is barely a skeleton crew.

Paizo put out a promise to do better.

The union is negotiating.

Sean K Reynolds backed up some of the claims which started this.

Negotiating is going to be the longest part, this is where the assholes will do their worst to drag their feet for years.
