Yes, for you damn guests who have names and have made over 30 posts, get a name.

When I have to keep track of 4 distinct guests, it gets kind of annoying. I know about the little names in the post and the sigs, and that helps, but sorry.

D, I have wanted to send you a post or two, but I cannot, because you are a guest. But I guess that if you are reading this, then I suppose you can connect to our MUSH.

Isn't typing one's "name" in the little username box enough?

I think his point was that sending you a PM is impossible due to your lack of registration.

At any rate, you are of course free to post as a guest, though there are advantages, such as PMing and being able to edit your posts, that having an account carries with it.

Also, when you just type your name into the little box, it doesn't affect the main page - so it still says that the latest post was made by "guest" - which is less than wholly illuminating when that corresponds to like 20 people.

I've tried to get an account three times.

My last attempt was last week.

Since its messed it up three times, I think I can stop now.

My first registration was botched somehow the first time I tried to register in some kind of server error(I had to do it twice), and now it says that my username already exists, and it won't send me a password.

Is "K" the username you want?

So I've finally gotten a response from them saying that I'm on a list of work to be done.

Hopefully, its not the "list of work that we don't give a damn about."

Anyone who doesn't have an account interested in actually having one? They're free, and they come with things like PM, PM notificiations, and letting your fellow posters quote you with less hassle and know who you are on the main page.
