This may be a bit off-track, but the most important thing I've learned from Real-Time Strategy games like Starcraft is that an expert gamer must first develop their own forces before sending out an army.[br]Those that put the most effort in efficiently orchestrating their base growth(s) and climbing...

Re: Threads that make us Laugh, Cry, or Both

That guy CantripN is an conservative self-contradicting jerk.

I hate when he gets to my threads there before anyone else does... just ruins it for others, as they then eat the bait his trolling gives rather than comment on my work.

Re: Predicting 4e- a betting pool.

Sean K Reynolds doesn't work for WOTC any more so IMHO ANY new edition of D&D will by default suck.

And Gygax is a single-minded bastard. Not that he counts for anything in RPGs these days anyway.

Re: Threads that make us Laugh, Cry, or Both

A big mistake that foreigners I've met sometimes make is that American blacks n whites = automatic Christian, which is also not true.
Unlike like more racially and culturally homogenous countries, we have a choice of religion (to some degree, at least better than, say, China or Iran?...)

Re: A rage-mage that sucks less: Berzerker-Magus

BM could do something no other class can do by RAW: cast Evocations that don't suck at higher levels, at least a few times a day, or every spell cast during "rage mode".

Like double, triple, quadruple damage... bonus dice... mix elements at will... massive areas of effect.
