Re: Why is Greater Magic Weapon both a 3rd level spell and a
One of the minor issues I had when rewriting the paladin was this. I eventually ended up goign with "If the Paladin has it, it must be equal to the Cleric's casting."[br][br]This lead to the Paladin getting the possiblity (with high enough WIS for a bonus spell) at level 7. and the surity ...

Re: Err.. A question on the Knight.
I disagree with that assessment. While many codes of honor contain parts to keept he ruling class in power, they also contain parts to endear themselves - to promote the image of superiority. [br][br]However, that is a separate debate from my question. I thank you for your response.[br][br]- Tokoron...

Err.. A question on the Knight.
Edit: I use Races of War Knight[br][br]Okay, recently, a player of mine came up wth a way to swindle a Knight (Battlefield Commander) out of supplies by pretending to work for him.[br][br]This would be fine, except she's a NG Knight. And, after reading the Code of Condcut, I was forced to rule in he...

The real issue is the first level ability is normally done via Diplomacy. Then Charm. It's replacing a skill.

And Goofy. Mickey Mouse too (although Mickey saves you from bosses, so.. )[br][br]As to the claws: I more or less added it on a whim, since you can't enchant natural weapons. From what I can read, they've since changed Heartless Conversion[br][br]You now get a Dark Point for losing a grapple, and may make a will save? (I think?) to keep from sliding. And when DP = Heart Points, you become a heartless.[br][br]Heart Points are CHA (the score) + Wis Mod + Int Mod. Even more...

Keyblade is a magical artifiact that chooses one wielder and stays there (excluding when someone else can wield a keyblade, however, they often get a different one. There are 4 known keyblades. I was actually trying to find usable Keyblade rules. Yes, it was a mistake. What more annoyed me, was the argument over it.

I hate idiots who don't think about what they're saying.
Okay, first off, some background.[br][br]On WotC, some people are making Kingdom Hearts d20. They've statted Heartless such that it reads like this:[br][br] [br]If you lose the grapple with the 3 combined heartless, you take 1 point of damage to Int, Wis and Cha. If at any time any of these stats dr...

Summary of Thought: Boosting certain kinds of spellcasting.
As of now, I'm currently working on a new Paladin class, since I don't really like Caedrus's or the Core Paladin, nor do I like the Crusader (Bo9S) ver. About Frank's Monk: Unarmed STrikes
I can't tell if they're still supposed to use them. A player of mine asked about the progression, which is clearly gone, but... unarmed strikes? Or are they expected to rely on their Slam technique?

I've ran into it a few times. And the thing is, you really never want to assumea reasonable person is behind the DM screen. I've ran into several who weren't, and the games rapidly became Randonnerf, the Playing.

Re: The Rebalanced Paladin!
Except it's theoretically possible to build an offensive character who will be able to take a few blows before PK'd out. While I like the paladin class, it does have a problem with focus - that is, my character who was already lagging behind in offense when I used her in the old paladin adruptly LOS...

THe average optimization is mehish. General question about playing animals.
For an short plot in something I'm thinking about playing say, a tiger. Now I know to make one intelligant, you pretty much want ot have a tiger + Maximized Awaken done, but that is 8 HD, a figure that may be too high. Is it a good idea to simply use a SS progression, or?
