It's got a few ToB Maneuvers (and/or Path of War maneuvers I guess), a Slam attack and some (non Tome) fighter bonus feats. I guess I'll let it ignore prereqs for the Fighter bonus feats and increase the number of maneuvers. Also edited it so you take 5 levels and then multi/prestige class afterwards.

Are you also doing a thing so the DCs are based on whatever your highest stat is? That way offensive spells would be usable.
