Is it just me, or could a Level 20 fighter built by a casual player solo this thing? AC35+ means it can't hit, the fighter has a better grapple bonus if does hit so he won't be engulfed, DR 10/Magic is irrelevant at that level if it can't disrobe it's opponent, and it only has 70 HP. Run up, ignore ...

I think the phrase "you can prepare a number of daily and utility spells according to what you can cast per day for your level" is meant to mean that if you have 1st, 5th, and 9th level dailies, you can cast 1 of each. And the FAQ clarification means that if you replace one of your 1st lev...

No, you have a 5th level and a 1st level slot, with the option (chosen at level-up time) of filling the 5th level slot with a 1st level power.

The reason you can't chose 2 5th level spells is, as you've noted, you can't retrain to a high level.

How is Toughness better than Con 12 at any level past 5th?

Toughness is 5, 10, or 15 extra hit points. A Con of 12 is +1 HP/level. What am I missing here?
