It's possible, in that the process for domesticating cats is still unknown and so we can't say for sure that it or some variant couldn't work on lions. The domestic lion would probably be a distinct subspecies, although it could be outwardly indistinguishable from wild lions.

I concur that layering bypass-bypasses is dumb. There are so many levers in 40K that if you want some unit to be particularly effective at killing e.g. Daemons, you can just say they have some other extra benny against Daemons. Each of the 10 dice attacks (vs TN 4) resulted in 5 damage; given the number of dice involved in that combat, I declined to record the individual die results and went straight to the outputs.
