Well, it doesn't say you have to roll an attack to force the concentration roll... And it seems to mean you don't need line of sight but merely line of effect.

...Still, that is pretty weaksauce. Once per round, sure, but encounter?

No, really. I'm an intellectual. I think about things. Therefore, I can't stand when I've got things which don't match. So consciously I work around it, and I assume that happens unconsciously as well. But the evidence shows that a large umber of people hold entirely contrary ideas without cognitive...

I think cognitive dissonance is an overblown theory among intellectuals.

People who aren't intellectual hold conflicting opinions all the time.

'Government hands off my Medicare' anyone?

Because while some guys can snap their fingers and get gold - they don't use gold. And other guys can't snap their fingers and get gold, and so they use these piles that are left around but they can't eat and don't rust as currency.

If you don't read it that way, then nothing you can Wish up is real. Which is stupid. And not in the rules. If wished items couldn't be part of bigger items of vice versa the spell would say , and as it is, it says that you can augment other magic items. -Crissa I said you might buy a gem for gold t...

Zine, even if they want to craft something bigger, they can just wish for the comps. If you want to craft something bigger, you're gonna not want to squander your XP or comps on smaller items. This isn't like I buy a house to sell to get a bigger house. It's a surface level. It's like beans... Air.....

But that's it, Zine, there isn't any part of a higher-cost item that can be bought for gold. You might buy a super-rare gem for gold - if someone who isn't an elemental or efreet has it. Because they can just wish up one or just walk out and find bigger. Gold works up to a point. And then... Only dr...

Wish, d20srd Wish can: Create a nonmagical item of up to 25,000 gp in value. Create a magic item, or add to the powers of an existing magic item. This was errata'd to be 15,000 gp in magic items. So, anyone with access to this has infinite gold, infinite magic items. This is the one point at which ...

The Wish economy doesn't work. It isn't a 'wording' or even require planar binding. It merely is a description of supply-demand in a world where different places and peoples have infinite supply. Efreet have infinite stuff under a certain gold value. Elementals have infinite of their element while a...

They are very cute. I watched a pair of survivalists kill and and eat one yesterday on tv. They apparently have to be skinned like a mustelid, else their scent glands will taint the meat and give food poisoning.

That. And you end up saying, 'well, I knew that' but it doesn't really stop you from doing it again.

I know the stove is hot. But I still need to reach in and grab my food. So sometimes I still get burned.

Yeah, I wasn't entirely coherent whenever I typed up that post earlier. So'kay. We have time. So you'd like a single-pet class - like a Beastmaster Hunter or Demonology Warlock - instead of a minion class - like a Swarm Druid or Skeleton Necromancer. Yeah, I can see how those might be different eno...

But I didn't get it from a 1999 World Book. It's just a suggestion of where you could get it from. I didn't have to get it from a book - I was an adult during the Taliban regime and I regularly read the news and about countries of the world. At 1% atmospheric pressure, the storms aren't a big deal, really. It doesn't have the strength to actually lift or push large objects around. Visibility sucks, and the static charges would probably be annoying - but you'd have that on an airless world as well. And communications wouldn't be blocked ...
