I would assume that the first time Little Mac nails Glass Joe with a Shoryuken because he went for the Ear Box should be enough to dissuade him. Before that happens, Joe could know in a meta sense that the attack would be ineffectual. It's a contextual cue that may or may not be only on a mechanical...

Yeah, Family Guy did that joke.

Pretty new to drinking, don't like the taste of beer but am too poor/young to get the high-tier stuff yet. I like bitch drinks, Whisky and Ginger Ale, and (oddly enough) tequila though.

South Carolina: the only state that is proud of having their major college mascot be a gamecock.

I'd be interested in that viewpoint.
Ditto. Is it Faye being a swindling, B-league gypsy analogue with more boobs than brains at times?

There is a combination of A and D which worked alright for the game I ran: you give a player one of the awesome classes, and rework the flavor for him so that they get the things that made them want to play the Soulknife without sucking a nut. It's almost akin to giving a guy that wants to play a Fi...

Obviously, the key is to introduce DM ex machina nerfs to the powerful characters. The wizard keeps casting his spells? "SHIT SON LOOKS LIKE ARCANE BACKLASH KNOCKED YOU OUT." The cleric keeps beating things? "FOOLISH MORTAL THE GODS ARE PISSED YOU LOSE YOUR POWERS." The rogue ke...

I'm an incredible newbie to the game, when I was younger (like single digits), I went on a roleplaying game kick. However, I didn't have friends or internets, so it was just me reading up on BESM 2e and DnD 3.0 along with some indie RPGs like Thrash and the Returner FFRPG. Fast forward 8 years. I'm ...

I have more respect for heels than for faces, because anyone would like to go out there to cheers and women flashing their breasts. It takes giant balls to go out and get booed by a couple thousand people. -Username17 Although Frank, a lot of wrestlers actually prefer (or say they prefer) being hee...
