They're the tiaras of the sailor soldiers, yes. And yeah, I saw that one, but they're a bit pricey. That said, I'm totally buying the Jupiter nail polish - I might even stop chewing my nails! EDIT: I work at a very central part of Rio's city center, about 2-3 blocks away from several hotels and some tourist traps scenic spots. I think I saw more gringos than natives on the way from the subway to the work today. It just confirmed that while I can write/read English very good, I can't hear it for shit. I need to practice more.
