The song is from a kid's show called LazyTown. Currently, the young actress who portrays Stephanie is a thriving meme over at YTMND.com, and from that, the pirate song has spread.

At my job, anything that is not specifically work related is considered "Not work-safe".

Yanno, for all practical purpouses, I've never seen any Lazytown, particularly not that episode. I wonder if they pointed out at any point in the show that pirates, if nothing else, made their living off armed robbery and usually backed it up with murder and other unpleasantness and generally were not nice people.
